Beef
At Salter & King we are passionate about good beef. We have nurtured great relationships over the years with our local Suffolk farmers, who in turn provide us with outstanding traditional-breed beef. We buy whole carcasses which we hang for four to eight weeks, though we often hang for longer on request.
Our exceptional native-breed beef is slow grown on the rich and varied pasture of the small, often mixed, farms of this beautiful corner of Suffolk, resulting in a wonderful flavour, plenty of marbling, and the tell-tale creamy-yellow fat of truly grass-fed beef.
