A truly fabulous Steak Burger. Our best selling product through the shop, in the Summer.
We are a whole carcass butchery so we break down our cattle at our shop. This gives us access to a wide range of cuts, over the years we have decided that Dry-Aged Chuck Steak, produces the best burgers. The ratio of fat to meat is spot on.
It is so important to have good fat content in the burger, not only for the flavour but it holds the meat together when we press the burgers out. We don't need to add any nasties!
What you get is a wonderful burger made with grass-fed beef, a little seasoning and that's it!
Keep it simple, as long as the beef is good.....
