Local Grass-Fed Lamb
We have one or two trusted sheep farmers who provide us with our wonderful Suffolk lamb. Our pasture-fed, traditional-breed lambs spend their lives grazing the rich and varied meadows along the East Suffolk coast. Their diet of wild grasses and herbs gives the meat its distinctive character and taste. Reared with a truly sustainable approach and the highest welfare standards, this pasture-fed lamb is second to none - succulent and tender and raised exclusively on the meadows of this quiet corner of Suffolk. We always hang our lamb for one to two weeks, which enhances its flavour, texture and tenderness.
