These Lambs have spent their whole live munching on the rich variety of grasses, herbs and wild flowers at Shimpling Park Farm. The texture and flavour of this lamb is terrific.

• 1 boneless lamb shoulder joint (approx 800g - 1.2KG) serves 4-6
