Lamb, Apricot and Rosemary Burgers

We make all our burgers and sausages in our Aldeburgh shop using lean lamb mince from the shoulders of our heritage breed locally reared pasture fed lambs.
These are a great meaty burger made with fresh herbs, a little seasoning and some chopped apricots, which adds a fruity twist and works well the lamb flavour - Fab!
