Locally reared lamb ~ Full flavour ~ taste the Summer
Full of eastern Anglian promise. This is our version of the North African Kofte made with fresh coarsely ground lamb mince using the shoulder meat from our wonderful Heritage breed 'Pasture for Life' Suffolk lambs.
We then add fresh herbs and spices to create a fantastic Kofte Kebab, great with a tangy cous cous or rice.
So good on the BBQ nearly as good in the oven.
