> BBQ, Roast, and One-pot
To oven roast:
1. Ideally marinate in your favourite flavours (ie olive oil garlic, herbs, lemon) for a minimum of 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan oven, or equivalent) and roast for around 50 minutes, or until the juices run clear.
3. Baste every 15-20 minutes.
4. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
If cooking chicken on the BBQ, you can also slow cook in an oven first and then finish on the BBQ for some smoky flavour
