Sutton Hoo chickens are reared in a truly high welfare and free-range environment, with access to open meadows and the rich and varied diet that this provides.
The chickens grow slowly to create a rich flavour and texture, which really does make for a fantastic casserole or curry, because of this, the meat can be cooked slowly and gently, without falling apart.
Our customers in the shop often ask us to cut the chicken into eight portions, to make life easier at home, saves a lot of mess and washing up! so we thought we'd offer this online too....
