Diced Braising Steak

Our diced braising steak is perfect for a casserole or a curry. We use chuck steak or blade steak, more forgiving than shin, and takes a little less time to cook.
The Min cooking time for diced braising steak is between 2-3hrs on a low temp, 120-150 degrees. Aim for 200g per person (ish)
