The most traditional roast beef joint. Our topside joint has been dry aged for a minimum of 4-5 weeks. This ensures the joint will be more tender and have good flavour and texture.

Topside comes from the top of the hind leg. It's a lean joint of meat, so we add a little fat to help baste the joint through cooking.
