Free-Range Pork Tenderloin stuffed


Free range ~ Delicious Flavour ~ quick and easy to cook

These terrific stuffed tenderloins, made with our fabulous free-range Suffolk pork, are stuffed with delicious roasted and caramlised fennel and then wrapped in our thinly sliced un-smoked streaky bacon. Each one will serve 2-3 people. 

They're so easy to cook in the oven (180 degrees) - cover with foil for the first 30 minutes, and then remove for the last 15-20 minutes to crisp up the bacon but not burn it. Let it rest for 15 minutes or so then carve into slices.
