Shimpling Farm provides us with our delicious new season lamb. They rear the sheep with a truly sustainable approach and the highest welfare standards. Their pasture fed lamb is second to none - succulent and tender.
We always hang our lamb for at least a week, which is quite unusual in the fast-moving retail world these days. This gives it a wonderful flavour and really helps the texture and tenderness. Mutton we will hang for even longer. Delicious.
