Wild Venison Steaks
Dry aged ~ Tender ~ Lean
All our venison is shot on the local estates in the area. Once the carcase arrives at the shop we will hang for a minimum of 7-10 days. This ensures our venison steak has good texture and flavour. We cut our steaks from the haunch and suggest serving one steak per person.
All our game is sourced from local Suffolk estates and farm shoots. The game is then all processed and vet inspected, before arriving here.
