Free Range Oak smoked Gammon
Free range ~ lightly smoked ~ easy to carve
This delicious gammon is from one of Robert Simond's Large Blacks and has been traditionally cured and smoked over beech and oak.
A gammon joint is ideal for a special occasion - a whole gammon would feed up to twenty people.
Once cooked the ham would last for a week or two in your fridge, if you can resist it that long. Great value and delicious.
