Our pork is from traditional-breed free-range pigs reared at one of our local East Suffolk farms.
Rich, fatty and full of flavour, this wonderful free-range belly of pork is butterflied open layered with genuine Asturian cooking chorizo, baby leaf spinach, parsley and a sprinkle of fennel seeds. It is then rolled, scored and tied to make beautiful slices when cooked.
Alllow one slice per person.
