Free Range Chorizo And Fennel Stuffed Pork Belly


Chorizo ~ Free range ~ Slow cook

Our pork is from traditional breed free pork reared in Suffolk.

Rich, fatty and full of flavour, this is wonderful free-range belly of pork is butterflied open layered with genuie Asturian cooking chorizo, baby leaf spinach, parsley and a sprinkle of fennel seeds. Then rolled scored and tied to make a beautiful slices.

Lay slices on a piece of greaseproof paper (helps with the washing up!) and slowly roast in a low oven (150 degrees) for and hour or so.

Great with mashed potato or rice, anything that will capture the delicious juices that are created in the cooking.
