Diced Wild Venison Casserole steak

Wild fallow venison hung for at least a week to ten days. We remove the bone from the shoulders, leaving a little fat, this is mixed with a little haunch/leg meats, then dice into good sized lean chunks. Perfect for a rich cassrole, pie, tagine or curry.
All our game is sourced from local Suffolk estates and farm shoots. The game is then all processed and vet inspected, before arriving here.
