Beef flat ribs (or beef slab ribs) come with varying names such as Short ribs, Jacobs ladder, dandy ribs or as we call them, slow roast ribs, because that's how we like to cook them!
Our beef flat ribs come from beef which is all grass fed on lush Suffolk pasture. We then dry age the carcase for a minimum of 4-5 weeks and bone out the fore quarter, which leaves the ribs above the brisket for our slow roast rib.
These beef flat ribs make a fantastic BBQ option. Each beef short rib should feed one, maybe two people, and weigh about 450g
