Full of flavour this traditional breed beef is reared slowly on our East Suffolk meadows.  Butchered expertly and dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 4-5 weeks.

Rump steak can be a little unforgiving, so it's important to follow our recommended cooking instructions.

Approx 250-300g per person, as a guide.
