Cut from the loin of our 'large black' pork, with the rib bone attached and trimmed, the chine bone has been removed along with the skin, so no crackling.

A really versatile cut, perfect on the griddle pan with a little butter, oregano and crunchy seasalt.

These cutlets are quick and easy to cook so perfect for a midweek light supper, my kids love them, especially picking them up and gnawing the bone!
