Festival launch at Salter & King, Aldeburgh - Mutton tastings all day, free recipes and mutton street food to buy, made by us

24th Feb
Mutton butchery/cooking demo at the Dolphin Inn, Thorpeness, with head chef Chris Theobold and award-winning butcher Gerard King

27th Feb
Alde Valley Mutton curry evening at the Sweffling White Horse pub

3rd March
Alde Valley Mutton Renaissance Supper at White House Farm, Great Glemham. With talk by celebrated mutton expert Bob Kennard (author of Much Ado About Mutton) and Salter & King’s Gerard King

5th March
Farm Walk at White House Farm, Great Glemham

6th March
Matinee screening of Addicted to Sheep (a documentary about hill farming by Magali Pettier) at White House Farm.
