Our beef ribeye on the bone - is Tomahawk steak without the long bone, which means  more prime beef steak for your money.  Our cowboy ribeye steak or cowboy steak is always traditional breed beef, that is grass fed on lush Suffolk pasture.  We the dry age the ribs for a minimum of 4-5 weeks. We then take the eye muscle out with the rib attached to provide a spectacular steak to be shared 2-3 people.
