Lamb Merguez Sausage


Handmade ~North African spices ~ Fragrant

A very traditional Merguez sausage, made with our lovely local Suffolk lamb all mixed and hand tied at our Aldeburgh shop, using a traditional method and a recipe that stays true to it's Maghrebi roots, using North African spices to create a full flavoured rustic sausage.

Perfect for the open fire, but just as good roasted in the oven and served with cous cous or mashed potato. Great accompanied by salad in the Summer.

As a main meal I would suggest three each.
