Grass Fed Beef

At Salter & King we are passionate about good beef and we want you to be able to buy the best beef online. We have nurtured great relationships over the years with our local Suffolk farmers, who in turn provide us with outstanding traditional-breed beef. We buy whole carcasses which we hang for four to eight weeks, though we often hang for longer on request.

Our exceptional native-breed beef is slow grown on the rich and varied pasture of the small, often mixed, farms of this beautiful corner of Suffolk, resulting in a wonderful flavour, plenty of marbling, and the tell-tale creamy-yellow fat of truly grass-fed beef.
