1. Bring your sausages to room temperature.
2. Preheat your oven to 180ºC (fan oven or equivalent)
3. Heat a heavy based pan or griddle and fry in a little oil until brown all over.
4. Finish off in the oven until cooked through.

Wild Venison, Free-Range Suffolk Pork, juniper-infused water, salt, rice flour, herbs (sage, parsley, marjoram, thyme), spices (black pepper, coriander, nutmeg), sodium diphosphate (E450), dextrose, yeast extract, preservative (E223) (sulphur dioxide), natural flavouring extracts, antioxidant (E300).
