Wild Venison Sausage

We lovingly hand make our sausages with fresh herbs and spices, these sausages have won awards for their flavour and texture.  We do add a little fat pork for extra succulence.

These sausages taste great cooked in a pot with red wine, a bay leaf and juniper berries and served with mash.

All our game is sourced from local Suffolk estates and farm shoots. The game is then processed and vet inspected, before arriving here.
