> Pan-fry and Quick & Easy

1. Pat your fillet dry before rubbing all over with a little oil.
2. Heat a good heavy based pan over a high heat and sear your fillet for 6-8 minutes depending on the thickness of your fillet and how you like it cooked.
3. Remember to rest for 4-5 minutes (covered with baking parchment or foil) before serving.
