Venison burgers are leaner than our usual beef burgers, but they still taste fantastic. We de-bone the shoulders, then mince and add our secret recipe using natural ingredients and a little fatty pork shoulder . Once mixed together, it makes a really terrific burger.

All our game is sourced from local Suffolk estates and farm shoots. The game is then all processed and vet inspected, before arriving here.
