We take great pride in sourcing our game from smaller local shoots and farmers in East Suffolk. By partnering with farms that prioritise sustainable practices, and the surrounding environment supports thriving woodland and natural pasture. These shoots often provide opportunities for foraging, highlighting the harmony between nature and responsible sourcing. Building close relationships with these farmers allows us to bring you high-quality game while supporting local communities and preserving traditional practices.

> Roast, Casserole, and Slow cook

1. Preheat the oven to 130ºC (fan oven or equivalent).
2. Heat up a large oven proof casserole dish and add a little oil.
3. Dust rabbit pieces in flour and add to the casserole dish to brown all over.
4. Add in your favourite casserole veg and flavourings (ie bacon, garlic, herbs etc).
5. Pour in some red wine and/or stock and cook in the oven for around 2 hours until tender.
