Aldeburgh Herb - Gluten Free Pork Sausage Free Range


Fragrant Herbs ~ Suffolk pork ~ Gluten Free

Handmade at our shop, these sausages are made using Free-Range Suffolk pork.

We use a mixture of boneless shoulder, belly  and a little back fat to create a perfect fat, lean blend to which we add a little gluten free rusk (rice flour).

We then mix in a blend of herbs and spices, marjoram sage and thyme, to give you a course and meaty sausage with a delicate flavour from the fragrant herbs. Ideal for breakfast, but also great with mash.
