A truly fabulous Steak Burger. Our best-selling product through the shop in the Summer.

We are a whole carcass butchery which means that we break down our cattle at our shop. This gives us access to a wide range of cuts and over the years we've discovered that Dry-Aged Chuck Steak produces the best burgers.

The ratio of fat to meat is spot on, which is not only great for the flavour, it also holds the meat together when we press the burgers out.  We don't add any nasties!
