Sutton Hoo Free Range Chicken Fillets

Sutton Hoo Chicken, is a name celebrated nationwide for their exceptional free-range chickens. Despite their national acclaim, they’re wonderfully local to us, meaning we have a long-standing, trusted relationship with founder and farmer Belinda who started Sutton Hoo Chicken over 30 years ago with her late husband Charles. Raised slowly on 40 acres of lush meadow near the historic River Deben, these chickens enjoy a truly free-range life of sunshine, open pasture, and a naturally rich diet, resulting in meat that’s tender, succulent, and full of authentic flavour - just like chicken used to taste.

> Pan-fry, Quick & Easy, and Stir-fry

To oven bake: Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6 for 25-35 mins until cooked throughout and the juices run clear.

To pan-fry: Season well with sea salt and black pepper and pre-heat either a griddle pan or frying pan. Once the pan is hot, place the chicken breast skin side down into the pan and cook for approx 10 minutes each side.
