"Peasenhall" Pork, Sage & Pepper Sausage (gluten free)


Fresh sage ~ Free - Range pork ~ Gluten Free

Handmade at our shop in Aldeburgh, these sausages are made using Free-Range Suffolk pork.

We use a mixture of boneless shoulder and belly to create the perfect mix of fat and lean minced pork.

We then mix in a blend of herbs and spices, add some cracked black pepper and sage to give you a course and meaty sausage with a delicate but earthy flavour and a little heat and an extra layer of flavour from the pepper.

Ideal for sausage butties, but also great with mash.
