Handmade Lamb Kofte Kebab

We use a carefully chosen mixture of heritage-breed lamb leg and shoulder meat to achieve the perfect balance of fat to meat in our kofte - which helps in the cooking, and gets the flavour and texture just right. The lamb is ground then hand-mixed in our shop with an authentic blend of North African cumin, coriander and smoked paprika. We also add some fresh white and red onion and some coriander leaf. Once mixed, we place on a stick ready to BBQ!
Once cooked the easiest way to eat is to slide your kofte off the stick into a warm Pita or flatbread, with a yoghurt dressing and fresh mint. If you're off bread, break up into a zingy cucumber and tomato salad, sensational.
