This Lincoln Red 'Old Cow' has grazed for its whole life with the Yarn Hill Herd on the meadows and marshes at Iken, next to the River Alde. The Yarn Hill Herd is certified under the National 'Pasture for Life' accreditation scheme. 

Inspired by Texas Hot Links, our version is made with our dry aged grass fed Iken 'Old Cow' beef and a little free range pork to make a truly wonderful juicy sausage.

There is a little cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, fresh green chilli,  but this sausage is really about its texture, a high fat content (lots), and really good quality meat.

This sausage needs to drip down your chin when you bite into it. So good in the Autumn in a toad in the hole, or during the summer with cold beer and cooked on an open fire.
