Our venison burger is a previous great taste award winner.
Wild fallow venison hung for at least a week. We de bone the shoulders and mince, we add our secret recipe using natural ingredients, and add a little fatty pork, then mix to make a really terrific burger.
All our game is sourced from local Suffolk estates and farm shoots. The game is then all processed and vet inspected, before arriving here.
