Our pork mince is made from the same high-quality, well-hung meat as our joints, roasts, and steaks, so you can be confident there’s no compromise on taste or quality.
Cut mostly from the shoulder, it has a balanced 15:85 fat-to-meat ratio, giving it just the right amount of flavour and texture. Pork mince is wonderfully versatile. You can mix it with beef for homemade Swedish meatballs, add richness to a bolognese, or use it in Asian-inspired dishes like pork gyozas, chow mein, and savoury pork patties.
