Why you will love our Traditional Spanish Chorizo...

These chorizo sausages are made by a small producer in northern Spain to a traditional Andalucian recipe. They have a great texture that holds together well during cooking and a wonderfully rich, sweet and smoky flavour thanks to the Spanish Pimenton (which also gives them their deep red colour.) They have a very good pork to fat ratio too.

You can use this chorizo for any traditional Spanish dish, but it also brings an intense Andalucian flavour to chicken traybakes and bean stews (perfect for a Fabada). It’s also wonderful on its own for an easy tapas starter.

With its rich flavour, a little goes a long way, so as a very general guide, allow one sausage per person.
