These olives are tangy and delicious. They have a very mild, barely discernible kick from the added touch of chilli. They’re a perfect mix of natural sweetness and of salinity from the brine, and are a popular brand for olive-lovers in Spain.

Gordal olives (as opposed to, say, Manzanilla) are firm, large and quite ‘meaty'; perfect for serving with drinks or with charcuterie.
