Maldon Salt is so good due to its unique shaped flakes, clean and delicate flavour from being harvested from the Blackwater estuary.  It has a superior texture that enhances both savoury and sweet dishes.

Unlike processed table salt, Maldon retains natural minerals and doesn't have an unpleasant aftertaste, making it a really wonderful salt. 

Choose either original or their smoked variety, which has been gently smoked over oak.
