Free-Range Duck

We’re proud to supply Creedy Carver Duck, renowned for its exceptional flavour and high meat yield. For over 30 years, this family-run farm has been dedicated to producing the finest free-range duck, with a steadfast commitment to bird welfare and sustainable farming. Founded in 1985 by Peter and Sue Coleman, and now led by their son James, Creedy Carver continues to uphold its tradition of great-tasting poultry, raised with care and respect for the environment.

> Roast

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven, or equivalent)
2. Remove any giblets from inside the body cavity and dry the skin with some kitchen towel.
3. Using a skewer, prick the skin around the legs and then season all over with salt and pepper.
3. Place on a roasting rack in a tin and toast for 40 minutes per kg plus an additional 10 minutes.
4. Cover and rest for at least 15 minutes before carving

UK nationwide courier deliveries are currently available for all online orders and telephone orders over £40 from Tuesday - Friday only.

For orders over £85, standard UK courier delivery is free, or you can opt for the priority service for £5 which means your parcel is usually delivered by midday - we recommend this option for large value orders & peak delivery periods.

For orders between £40 and £85, we charge £9.95 for standard UK delivery and £14.95 for Priority UK courier delivery.

Click and collect
We also offer a free click and collect service from our shop in Aldeburgh during opening hours. Simply opt to 'collect' when you checkout and choose your collection date from the calendar provided.
