Chicken Schnitzel

Our Suffolk-farmed chickens are raised with care and to excellent welfare standards. Whilst we always like to offer free-range meat, we also understand the importance of providing choice and a more economical option.

These chickens are reared in spacious, airy barns, at a local farm at Haughley near Bury St. Edmunds. Extreme care is taken by the farmer to ensure that his birds have plenty of room and opportunity to behave in a completely natural way. We feel confident that these chickens are the highest quality alternative to free-range that we can find.

So easy to cook, heat a pan with some oil, pan fry until cooked through. For the the plain or marinated option, these also work well on the BBQ.

Plain: High welfare chicken

Panko Crumbed: High welfare chicken, PANKO CRUMB - (Unbleached Wheat flour, Yeast, Salt, Bread Improver (Corn Starch, Calcium carbonate, Calcium sulphate, L-ascorbic acid, Alpha-amylase).

Lemon and Cracked Black Pepper (breaded): High welfare chicken, BREAD CRUMB COATING - (Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Salt, Yeast), Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper (8%), Acids (Citric Acid, Sodium Diacetate), Dried Tomato, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract, Dried Parsley, Natural Lemon Flavouring.

Chilli, Lemon and Ginger Marinated: High welfare chicken, Marinade: (74% vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower, linseed), vegetables (bell pepper, garlic, onion), natural flavourings, dextrose, spices (2% ginger, pepper, 0,7% chillies), salt, 2% lemon juice concentrate, parsley, acid: citric acid, paprika concentrate, 0,1% lemon peels.

UK delivery (minimum order value £40)

UK nationwide courier deliveries are currently available for all online orders and telephone orders over £40 from Tuesday - Friday only.

For orders over £85, standard UK courier delivery is free, or you can opt for the priority service for £5 which means your parcel is usually delivered by midday - we recommend this option for large value orders & peak delivery periods.

For orders between £40 and £85, we charge £9.95 for standard UK delivery and £14.95 for Priority UK courier delivery.

Click and collect
We also offer a free click and collect service from our shop in Aldeburgh during opening hours. Simply opt to 'collect' when you checkout and choose your collection date from the calendar provided.
