We wrap our turkey butterfly with a wrapping of unsmoked streaky bacon; this bastes the joint throughout cooking leaving a wonderful juicy turkey roast which cooks evenly. The residual crisp bacon bits are delightful carvers perk!

Our Turkey breast joints are a tad more affordable than a whole turkey, cook quickly, and are simple and easy to carve. A terrific way to enjoy turkey without the whole bird fuss!
