Mixed and hand tied at our Aldeburgh shop, we use a traditional method and a traditional recipe which is simple and delicious.
Our Aldeburgh Chipolata Sausage (this was the first recipe we created when we opened in Aldeburgh), has a wonderful coarse meaty texture, with a simple but enduring flavour with hints of nutmeg and a tiny bit of pepper, but not too much (perfect for children)
