A very traditional breakfast sausage, all mixed and hand tied at our Aldeburgh shop, using a traditional method and a classic recipe, fine-tuned by us.
Our Aldeburgh sausage (this was the first sausage we made when we opened in Aldeburgh, based on an old recipe) has a wonderful coarse meaty texture, with a simple but enduring flavour with hints of nutmeg and a tiny bit of pepper, but not too much (perfect for children).
