We use only the best cuts for our beef stir fry: fillet tails, sirloin and rump all ready for a searing hot pan.

Our beef is dry-aged (so the pan should not fill up with water during cooking), and is able to retain the flavour from your stir fry sauces.

500g should be plenty for 2-3 people.
