We source all our Traditional-Breed beef from small local farms, that care deeply for both their animals and the surrounding countryside. Our Fillet is reared slowly on lush East Suffolk Pasture.
We dry-age our beef for a minimum of 4-5 weeks, then trim the fillet ready for the pan or oven.
A whole fillet (1.8kg) should serve 10.
