Mince
So many delicious meals start with a humble pack of mince. But quality is key!
Our Lamb mince, usually taken from the shoulder or breast of our local, traditional-breed
lamb, is rich and full of flavour; perfect for shepherd’s pie, moussaka or north African lamb
kofta.
Our Pork mince is coarsely minced using cuts from the shoulder and belly of our heritage-
breed free-range pork. It is ideal for lightening a Bolognese or ragout, for making Swedish
meatballs, or for deliciously spicy Asian dumplings.
Our Beef mince is excellent. It comes from our dry-aged, traditional-breed East Suffolk beef.
We make it lean but not excessively so – a little bit of fat is important and contributes to its
fantastic flavour.
