The traditional lamb Sunday roast.

We hang our locally reared lamb for a minimum of 7 days. This makes the legs tender and full of flavour.

Large (rump on) Feeds 8-10 (maybe a few more with children); Whole feeds 6-10; Half feeds 2-4.
