One whole free-range or organic lamb (approx 20kg), expertly jointed and rolled where necessary, from one of our wonderful traditional-breed lamb farmers – a Jacob from Martin Duries’ flock; or one of Jason’s Alde Valley lambs. Both are delicious.
Each box contains:
1 shoulder on the bone ~ 1 shoulder 'en halon' ~ 2 neck fillets
1 rack of lamb (French trimmed) ~ 7 cutlets ~ 12 loin chops
500g mince ~ 2 boneless rump roasts
2 1/2 leg roasting joints ~ 1 whole leg boned and rolled
